The honest answers.

Do I need an NDIS plan to use private services?

No — that's the whole point. Private services are paid directly (by you, a family member, an insurance payout, an aged-care package, etc.) and don't require any NDIS approval.

How do I pay?

Direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Invoices are sent weekly with a clear breakdown of hours and any extras. You can pause or stop services with 7 days' notice.

Is this just for older people?

Not at all. We have private clients across all ages — including young people waiting for NDIS plan approval, families managing post-surgery recovery, and people topping up NDIS plans.

Can I switch from private to NDIS later?

Absolutely. Many clients start private while waiting for NDIS approval, then transition smoothly once their plan is in place — same workers, same routines, just a different payment source.

Are the workers the same as your NDIS team?

Yes. We don't run a separate "private" team. Every worker is trained, screened and supervised to the same standard regardless of who's paying the invoice.
